Aged 14 - 18 years? Serious about sport and looking to take your game to the next level?
Performance Herts is developing the next generation of talented athletes by giving you the competitive
edge to outperform your opponents. Any athlete from any sport is welcome, just bring your A-game and work ethic, we will take care of the rest!

Delivered by experienced & knowledgable UKSCA accredited strength and conditioning coaches who train athletes from: Women's FA, Arsenal Women's FC, Netball Super League Franchises, England Netball, England Squash and the University of Hertfordshire.

Who is the course designed for?

Young athletes aged 14-18 who compete in team sports (such as Rugby, Football, Hockey and Netball) or individual sports (such as Track & Field, Swimming and Golf). We will group athletes based on ability and age to ensure challenging and appropriate level of activities are performed throughout the week. 

Camp content:

  • Coaching and testing on key athletic qualities such as; Strength, Power, Endurance and Mobility.
  • Themed educational sessions on areas such as; Nutrition, Sports Psychology and Strength & Conditioning to upskill young athletes on how to train like a pro.
  • Individual program recommendations following testing battery.

Additional information:

  • The camp will be delivered through practical content, and therefore you must be injury free. 
  • Delivered in the Performance Herts gym and HSV sports halls and pitches.
  • Summer Sprint offer available until 30 June - £199
